So, instead of doing the 21DFX meal plan this week, I decided to do Autumn’s Countdown to Competition plan. I like to push myself and see what kind of results my body will get from the extra effort. It’s Day 15 of the 21 Day Fix Extreme– and this girl decides she wants to switch it up a bit.
